Refund Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This policy applies to paid Just Schedule Me plans provided by Steven Irby, a sole trader in the United Kingdom trading as Just Schedule Me. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Our policy: no voluntary refunds
Sales are final, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law or, for Paddle purchases, provided under Paddle's terms and refund policy. We do not offer a money-back guarantee or voluntary refunds for a change of mind, unused scans or access, purchasing the wrong plan, or forgetting to cancel a subscription. We do not voluntarily refund or prorate a partly used monthly or annual period, or a lifetime purchase.
Please try the free service and review the plan, billing frequency, price, and compatibility with your calendar before paying. Trying the service first does not reduce any rights you have by law.
Canceling a subscription
Monthly and annual plans automatically renew. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals and leaves access available through the end of the period already paid for. It does not automatically refund that period. A lifetime plan has no recurring payment to cancel. These rules are separate from a legal right to withdraw from a purchase.
For Paddle orders, use the management link in your receipt or Paddle support. For Stripe orders or help identifying a payment, contact us. Request cancellation before renewal and keep the confirmation. Merely stopping use of the app does not cancel recurring payments.
Rights that this policy does not exclude
You may have mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights under the law where you live. These can include cooling-off rights for online purchases and remedies when a service is not supplied, is defective, or is materially different from its description. For example, UK and EU consumers can have a 14-day withdrawal right for online service contracts. For a UK service contract, the ordinary period is 14 days beginning the day after the contract is made. Where that right applies, you can withdraw without giving a reason by sending a clear notice before the deadline using the contact methods below. No special form is required. The period may be longer where the law requires, including if required cancellation information was missing.
Starting to use Just Schedule Me does not by itself waive a statutory withdrawal right. Where law permits a charge for service supplied during a withdrawal period, the required request, consent, and information must have been provided. We do not treat acceptance of this page as a blanket waiver of those rights. Where a statutory withdrawal requires repayment, it will be made within the legally required period, normally no later than 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, subject only to lawful deductions.
Our no-voluntary-refund policy also does not prevent correction of duplicate or incorrect charges, remedies for unauthorized payments, or lawful disputes with your bank or payment provider. Please tell us about billing errors or technical problems so we can investigate. Contacting us does not replace or extend any legal deadline.
Purchases through Paddle
Paddle sells these orders as merchant of record. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply alongside your mandatory rights. Paddle may approve refunds independently of us, including discretionary requests made within 14 days; a request does not guarantee approval. Its policy also provides UK annual subscribers a new 14-day withdrawal period on annual renewal. See that policy for other country-specific rights.
Request a Paddle refund through your receipt or paddle.net. Contact us for product support. A full refund or completed payment reversal normally ends the paid access covered by that purchase, including lifetime access. A partial refund does not automatically cancel all access.

Use our contact page with your purchase email, receipt or order reference if available, and a description of the issue or the right you want to exercise. You do not need legal wording to make a request. Never send your password, full card number, or card security code. We may need information to locate the payment and verify the account.
This policy does not retrospectively reduce refund rights or purchase promises already given to you. Earlier Stripe purchases remain subject to the seller and terms identified when you purchased; this page does not itself transfer those contracts. Keep the policy and receipt from your purchase for your records.
