1. Who can use the service
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. If you cannot legally enter this agreement yourself, your parent or guardian must authorize and supervise your use and any purchase. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf.
2. Calendar events generated by AI
Just Schedule Me uses AI to turn text, images, and supported documents into editable calendar events. AI may infer details that are missing from your input and can make mistakes. Review dates, times, time zones, recurrence, locations, and other details before saving, sharing, or relying on an event. Keep the original information when accuracy matters.
The application is a scheduling aid, not a guarantee that an event will be accurate, delivered, or attended. Calendar providers and shared links have their own behavior and settings. Our accuracy warning does not remove our obligation to provide the service as described or your legal remedies if we fail to do so.
3. Accounts and free access
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for use you authorize, but not automatically liable for all activity resulting from a security incident outside your control.
Free access has the limits shown in the application. You can use it to evaluate extraction before purchasing. It is not a paid subscription trial and does not automatically create a charge. Features included in each paid plan are described on the pricing page and at checkout.
4. Plans, payment, and renewal
The plan description and checkout show what you are buying, the price, currency, applicable taxes, and billing frequency. Monthly subscriptions renew each month; annual subscriptions renew each year. They continue until canceled. The annual price is charged in one payment, even when an equivalent monthly amount is displayed. A lifetime purchase is a single payment with no automatic renewal or scheduled expiry of access.
Lifetime includes the features and future-feature commitments stated when you purchased. We will not convert that purchase into a recurring subscription or retrospectively remove those commitments through these Terms. Roadmap items are not a promise of a particular delivery date.
Access is associated with your account. Use an email address you can access and follow the purchase confirmation steps to claim your plan. Contact us if a successful payment does not grant the access purchased. A failed payment may interrupt paid access; it does not create a successful purchase or extend a paid billing period.
For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record. Its Buyer Terms govern the transaction; we provide the application and product support. For purchases processed through Stripe, the seller is the person or business identified at checkout and on your receipt. Updating the operator details on this website does not itself transfer an earlier purchase contract or reduce your existing rights. These Terms do not replace the terms of your purchase with Paddle.
Any subscription price increase applies only to a future renewal after advance notice and any consent required by law. You can cancel before the increase takes effect. It does not change an already paid period or add renewal charges to a lifetime purchase.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription to stop future renewals. For Paddle purchases, use the subscription-management link in your receipt or visit Paddle support. For Stripe purchases, or if you need help, use our contact page. Request cancellation before the next renewal and retain the confirmation; contact us if you do not receive it. Stopping use of the app does not cancel a subscription.
Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, with access continuing until then. It does not by itself refund an earlier charge. Statutory withdrawal and other legal remedies are different and may require an earlier end or a refund.
We offer no voluntary refunds for a change of mind, unused access, or forgetting to cancel. This is subject to mandatory consumer rights and, for Paddle orders, Paddle's terms and refund decisions. Read our Refund Policy before purchasing; it forms part of these Terms. A refund or payment reversal may end the access covered by that payment, as appropriate to the remedy provided.
6. Your content and our application
You keep the rights you have in submitted content. You must have the right to upload it and to share any resulting event or public link. You authorize us to process, store, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service and improve extraction accuracy, as described in our Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership to us or authorize unrelated advertising uses. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion.
We and our licensors retain rights in the application, branding, and website content. Your plan permits you to use the service for your own lawful purposes, including your work. It does not give you rights to resell the service, share paid account credentials, or copy our application. These restrictions do not prevent uses that the law expressly permits.
7. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, access another person's account without permission, bypass payment or usage controls, or deliberately disrupt the service. Do not use multiple accounts to evade free-plan limits or resell access without our agreement.
Where your plan includes unlimited scans, we do not impose a numerical scan quota on ordinary permitted use. File-size limits, request-rate limits, and reasonable safeguards against abusive automation may still apply to keep the service available. Those safeguards are not permission to withdraw the ordinary use you paid for.
8. Availability, changes, and suspension
We aim to provide a reliable service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, faults, and third-party outages can cause interruptions. We may update the application, but will respect the features and access commitments included in an existing purchase. If a change or discontinuation prevents us from providing what you bought, your contractual and statutory remedies remain available; the Refund Policy does not let us keep payment for a service we are legally required to remedy or refund.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, or a security threat. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to correct the problem. Urgent protective action may be taken first. You can contact us to challenge a mistake. Suspension does not remove your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Responsibility and consumer protection
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by your misuse of the service or for losses that neither you nor we could reasonably foresee when the contract was made.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing restricts consumer guarantees, rights concerning defective or misdescribed services, statutory cancellation, or required refunds.
10. Changes to these Terms and resolving problems
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting an existing paid plan and obtain consent where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove purchase commitments or accrued rights. A new date on this page alone does not override the terms of an earlier purchase.
Please contact us if you have a complaint or question. We will try to resolve it with you. You retain any right to bring a claim before a court or regulator available under applicable law, including consumer protections in your country of residence. If a provision cannot be enforced, the other provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
